Change in Dismissal Form & Procedure
If there is a change in your child's dismissal, please fill out this form (or write a note that includes all the same, important information) and send it to school with your child. If you do not send a note in with your child, you must email it directly to Laura Sherry at the Welcome Center! Please CC me in on the email so that I am aware.
